Refund policy
Our 30-Day return policy is only available for ONLINE purchases. Purchases made in store at an authorized dealer will follow the dealer’s terms and conditions of sale.

You must notify our team of your return with 30 days of receipt of your Travel Buggy (either by way of email or by filling out the contact form)

Our support team will provide shipping instructions and a return authorization number for your reference

Before returning make sure the product is clean and has no damage

Any obvious damages resulting in difficulty for resale will be deducted off the refund

Customer is required to pay return shipping (usually about $100)

There is no restocking fee

The product must be returned in its original packaging including the original box, preferably bubble-wrapped, with no missing pieces

After receiving your return, we will issue your credit back to your original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping if arranged by us
We reserve the right to amend our standard return policy where we feel there is unethical behavior or malicious abuse of our policy.
