Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The AEROLUX 2C Travel Bundle Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Travel Buggy Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 23, 2026 at 3:30 PM EST and ends on October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
The winner will be announced on October 5, 2026 on Travel Buggy’s official social media profiles.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow Travel Buggy on Instagram (@travelbuggyco) or Facebook (@travelbuggyco).
- Visit the Travel Buggy website and complete the official Giveaway entry form (travelbuggy.com/pages/giveaway).
- Tag a friend on the official social media giveaway post and answer the campaign question: “What’s one place you’d love to see again?”
Participants must provide a valid email address and phone number through the Giveaway entry form.
No purchase is necessary to enter, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an AEROLUX 2C Travel Bundle, including:
- One (1) AEROLUX 2C Flight Kit
- One (1) AEROLUX 2C Colour Cushion Set, in the winner’s choice of available colour.
- One (1) Explorer Backpack
- One (1) Multipocket Organizer
The approximate retail value of the prize is $512 CAD / $391.99 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries
received during the Giveaway Period.
The Giveaway ends on October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. The random draw will
take place on or about October 5, 2026.
The winner will be announced on October 5, 2026, on our official Instagram and Facebook pages (@travelbuggyco).
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided on the Giveaway entry form.
The potential winner must respond within two (2) business days of the first
notification attempt.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant may be required to:
- Confirm their eligibility;
- Provide information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility;
If the potential winner does not respond within the required period or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor will conduct a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at a valid address in Canada or the United States.
The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the winner or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
9. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, late, duplicated, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent the Giveaway or entry process may result in disqualification.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be collected and used by Travel Buggy for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting and verifying the potential winner, and fulfilling the prize.
Any additional use of personal information for marketing communications will be subject to the participant’s applicable consent choices and Travel Buggy’s privacy practices.
11. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the
decisions of Travel Buggy, which are final and binding with respect to matters
relating to the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Travel Buggy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
12. Acceptance of Rules
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and that they meet all eligibility
requirements.
